Not at all. You’ll learn how to enjoy your favourite foods in a balanced way through better portions, smart swaps, meal timing, and healthier choices.

Can I book before buying a plan?

Yes. If you’re confused or not sure which plan is right for you, you can start with a 10-minute ₹99 clarity call or a 30-minute ₹499 guidance session.

And if you buy any plan within 48 hours of the session, your session amount will be adjusted in the plan fee.

Who is this guidance for?

This is for women who want support with better eating habits, weight management, cravings, bloating, routine correction, pregnancy nutrition support, energy levels, or general wellness.

Will my plan be personalised?

No. Once the plan or session is booked and work has started, the payment is non-refundable because time, planning, and personal guidance are involved.
